No obstruction for citizens' lives: President orders governors

President instructed all the governors and officials to be alerted on the action plans during the travel restric period. He strictly stated that there won't be any errors or gaps between the government and officers in terms of facilitate people. Furthermore, he has advice them to properly maintain supplies for people during the period.
