No explosion in Colombo - DIG

Senior DIG Police Media Spokesman Ajith Rohana stated that the incident of explosions in Mirihana, Nugegoda, Mount Lavinia, Dehiwala, Wellawaya and Bambalapitiya which are being shared on social media is untrue.

An investigation by the Mount Lavinia SSP has revealed that a message sent by a person on April 25 two years ago had been forged and distributed again.

Mr. Ajith Rohana further stated that a special team has commenced investigations under the direct supervision of the Mount Lavinia SSP.
