Inter-provincial public transport services will commence from tomorrow

The Chairman of the Ceylon Transport Board Kingsley Ranawaka stated that the inter-provincial bus services which were suspended due to traffic restrictions will be resumed from tomorrow.

He further stated that all buses owned by the Ceylon Transport Board will be operated from tomorrow as per the schedule.

The General Manager of the Railway Department Dhammika Jayasundara stated that several trains will be deployed for inter-provincial transport from tomorrow for those who come for essential duties.
