Minster orders officials to protect customers from unfair delivery services

State minister of customer affairs Mr. Lasantha Alagiyawanna orders his officials to take all the actions to protect customers from unfair delivery services operating around the country.

 

According to complaints received from many customers, there are many retail items delivery services who charge unfair fee as service and delivery charges, said the minister. In order to avoid this kind of situations, the ministry is going to control and supervise all the delivery services with fixed fees rates.
