Ginigathhena is in a big danger

The front wall glasses of a Supermarket at Ginigathhena have suddenly broken into pieces and collapsed. The Assistant Director of DMC, Nuwara Eliya  (Disaster Management Center) Mr.Ranjith Alahakoon has informed ragarding the matter to the National Buiding Research Organization to conduct further investigations.

The glasses were broken while it was closed in the morning before it is open. The area was previously identified for possibility of landslide , said the chairman of the Ambagamuwa Pradheshiya Sabha, Mr.Jayasanke Perera.

The place was examined by the authorities and stated that it is better for the public to be alert due to the heavy rainfall.
