Former MP Ashoka Wadigamangawa dies in road accident

Former UNP parliamentarian and minister Ashoka Wadigamangawa has died in a road accident.

 

He was the Puttalam District Parliamentary Election candidate of the Samagi Jana Balawegaya.

 

The accident was reported in Maragasgolla, Padeniya on the Kurunegala-Putlam road.

 

The former parliamentarian's vehicle had rammed on to a lorry arriving in the opposite direcion of  the road.
