Former Director of the CID Shani Abeysekara arrested
Former Director of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID), Shani Abeysekara has been arrested by the Colombo Crimes Division (CCD).
Sri Lanka Police stated that he was arrested for fabricating evidence over a case in relation to firearms.
