FR Petitions filed by Bathiudeen's brothers have been submitted to the Supreme Court for further assistance

The fundamental rights petition filed by the Bathiudeen brothers seeking an immediate release from the custody of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) was directed today for further assistance by the Supreme Court.

Rishad Bathiudeen said in his petition that he was arrested in a disgraceful manner on false and malicious charges.
