Eravur Special Textile Production Zone is approved by COPF

This is being implemented by the Board of Investment (BOI) in coordination with the Ministry of Industry and Commerce to establish this Special Textile Production Zone for local and foreign textile manufacturers in the Eravur area in the Batticaloa District.

 

The Committee approved the establishment of this Special Textile Production Zone to be established in the Eravur area under the Amendment to Development Act No. 14 of 2008, which would provide equal opportunities and tax relief to all textile manufacturers.
