Diana Gamage fired from SJB

SJB General Secretary Ranjith Madduma Bandara said that the decision was taken by the Working Committee after considering the reforms of the disciplinary committee appointed to look into the case of Diana Gamage.

"We expel Ms. Gamage from the party for opposing the party's decision to vote against the 20th Amendment," Madduma Bandara said.

He said that action would be taken against the other MPs who voted in favor of the 20th Amendment.
