Covid-19 Mobile Vaccination Service to be Launched by the Government

President Gotabaya Rajapaksa has directed officials to create a mobile Covid Vaccination program for individuals who are unable to leave their homes due to illness.

 

Vaccination of sick persons who are unable to leave their homes has become a barrier. The President has underlined the importance of speeding up the mobile vaccination campaign with the help of Medical Officers and Public Health Inspectors, or by getting information via dedicated phone numbers.

 

At a meeting with the Special Committee on COVID19 Control conducted at the Presidential Secretariat yesterday (16), the President has conveyed these views on the vaccination program and future activities.
