COVID-19 vaccination to commence from Western Province today

Army Commander Shavendra Silva stated that the government will begin the administration of the COVID-19 vaccine to a selected group of the public from today (February 15), on the instructions of President Gotabaya Rajapaksa.

 

He stated that the vaccination process will commence from the Western Province for the  groups that interact closely with the public and those facing high risks of infection.
