British Zoo mourns death of beloved Sri Lanka leopard Sariska

Keepers and staff at Norfolk’s Banham Zoo stated that  they were devastated by the death of their female Sri Lankan leopard ‘Sariska’.

 

The leopard had a serious  heart condition and passed away on September 16 following a period of illness over the last few weeks.

 

Further investigations are underway to find out the cause.
