A woman's body was found in an abandoned travelling bag

A dead body of a woman was found in a suitcase left in the Mabima area in Sapugaskanda today.

 

Police Media Spokesman SSP Nihal Thalduwa stated that the suitcase was found dumped in a garbage dump near the Sapugaskanda Oil Refinery.

 

The identity of the deceased woman has not yet been revealed
Investigators in the Kelaniya division are currently inspecting the area.
