PM says that Sri Lanka cannot accept the fertilizer in the Chinese fertilizer ship

Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa has stated that his country cannot accept the manure from the Chinese manure ship that arrived at the Port of Colombo. Mr. Shenhon has been informed.
