A woman in Kandy was accidentally given two doses at once

An elderly woman has been given the Modernna vaccine twice at the Augustawatta Vaccination Center in Kandy.

The woman was rushed to the Peradeniya Teaching Hospital with dizziness and other complications due to two injections.

Her husband has lodged a complaint with the health authorities and the Peradeniya Police regarding the incident.
