A police SI arrested for transporting drugs

A police SI officer of Kaluthata South police station has been arrested today (19th June) morning while transporting a stock of drugs by a luxury vehicle.

He has been arrested with 51kg 728g of drugs.
Two persons who waited at the Athurugiriya highway entrance also were arrested with a van.

The police man has revealed that he has transported drugs two more times earlier and each time he received 500,000 for handing over the stock to the relevant persons.
