A new Chairman and Member will be appointed for HRCSL

President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa has made two major appointments to the Human Rights Commission of Sri Lanka (HRCSL).

Accordingly, retired Supreme Court Judge Rohini Marasinghe and Ven. Kalupahana Piyarathana Thero have been appointed as the new Chairperson of the Independent Commission.
