CBSL Governor denies social media rights over NRFC accounts

The Central Bank has announced that reports on social media that non-resident foreign currency (NRFC) accounts will be converted to Sri Lankan Rupees at midnight are completely untrue.

 

The Governor of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka Ajith Nivard Cabraal stated this in a Twitter message on his official account.
