A circular to minimize the postponement of child abuse cases

The Judicial Service Commission has issued a circular to all High Court Judges to minimize the delay in child abuse cases.

Here, High Court judges are expected to give priority to child abuse cases.

This circular has been issued due to a request made by the National Child Protection Authority regarding the adjournment of child abuse cases.
