You should try this sweet
Ingredients
- 1kg rice flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 liter coconut milk
- 5 ground cardamoms
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- I liter kithul treacle
Method
Take a large bowl and add in the rice flour and salt. You may them well and add some coconut milk till you can spot some tiny beads that are created out of flour. Now you can cover the bowl and steam the ingredients in it till it’s well cooked (roughly 30 – 40 minutes. Now, you may remove the bowl from the steamer and set it aside. Next, you may boil the remaining coconut and kithul treacle in pan and add the flour mixture. Now keep stirring till the flour absorbs all syrup. Remove it from heat and transfer the mixture to a greased tray or a dish. Then, flatten the mixture and let it cool. Cut into pieces and serve.
