“Print screen” stands no more for screenshots!

As everyone knows, as the name suggests, “Print screen” stands for capturing the screens.
And for 28 years in Windows, the print screen key used to stand for the same function by creating an image of the current screen and copying it to the clipboard to save the file on the computer until they changed their decision with Windows 11 to change the function of the print screen key from screen capturing to screen snipping.
This can definitely irritate the users who have used the key to save quick images displayed on the screen. With the newly released update, Windows 11 PCs are going to be different from Windows 95 old PCs in terms of “print screen key’s function”.
Thereby, Windows 11 users should know that the usual function of “the print screen key” is no more available, instead the function of the snipping tool will be replaced there.
However, you are somewhat fortunate to disable this strange function. The change applied by the update KB5025310 of the beta version of Windows 11 can be reversible with a few taps. Just go to,
settings > Accessibility > Keyboard and disable the function “Use the Print Screen key to open the snipping tool”, and there you go! The print screen is no more a guest!
