Deshabandhu summoned before Parliamentary Committee of Inquiry
Suspended Inspector General of Police Deshabandhu Tennakoon has been summoned to appear before the Parliamentary Committee of Inquiry investigating his conduct, on May 19.
The committee, which has convened several times at the Parliament premises, has officially notified Tennakoon for the first time to appear in person as part of its ongoing investigation.
