Suspect transporting pills near school zone arrested

The Police Special Task Force apprehended an individual in the Kalubowila area, who was allegedly transporting 1,000 narcotic pills on a motorcycle, with apparent intentions of targeting school children. 

 

The suspect, identified as a 23-year-old resident of Kalubowila, was taken into custody. 

 

Subsequently, the suspect has been transferred to the Kohuwala police for further investigations.
