Ranil won’t contest elections again - UNP

Former President Ranil Wickremesinghe will not contest future general elections but will focus on guiding the party, the UNP said today.

 

UNP Deputy Leader Ruwan Wijewardene and Chairman Vajira Abeywardena confirmed the decision made by Mr. Wickremesinghe a short while ago.
