Four police officers arrested for extortion in Colombo

The Modara Police have arrested four police officers for allegedly threatening a household in Colombo 15 and extorting Rs. 1.4 million, police said. 

 

The arrested individuals include two constables and a sergeant from the Bloemendhal Police, as well as an officer from the Colombo North Intelligence Unit.
