Train derails between Galaboda and Inguru Oya stations

Upcountry train services have been disrupted due to the derailment of the Badulla night mail train this morning, the Railways Department said.

 

They said the train was derailed between Galaboda and Inguru Oya railway stations.

 

Due to the derailment, two short-distance train services were cancelled this morning.

 

The night mail train left for Colombo Fort from Badulla at 6.30 a.m.
