The mobile trade in Colombo can only be done by those who have taken both doses

Colombo District Secretary Pradeep Yasaratne said that during the curfew, mobile vending could only be done in the Colombo district by traders who had obtained both doses of covid vaccine.

He added that action would be taken under quarantine laws if individuals who had not received both doses of the vaccine engaged in mobile trading.
