Swearing-in Ceremony : SL's new Cabinet and State Ministers sworn-in, in Kandy today

The swearing-in ceremony of Sri Lanka's new Cabinet of Ministers and State Ministers commenced  today (August 12), at the historic Magul Maduwa of Sri Dalada Maligawa in Kandy.

 

The Ministers were sworn in  for 28 ministries and 40 state ministries, before President Gotabaya Rajapaksa.

 

Religious observances marked the commencement of the swearing-in ceremony and the chairmen of District Coordinating Committee to 23 administrative districts recieved  their letters of appointment.
