Passengers with the travel history of Visiting certain countries are not permitted to travel to SL from July 1st

According to the Civil Aviation Authority, Passengers who have traveled to Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, or Oman in the last 14 days will not be allowed to land in Sri Lanka from July 1 to July 13. They allow only transit passengers to leave.
