PM instructs to pay compensation to public servants whose home-quarantined through Agrahara

Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa has instructed to set up a mechanism to pay compensation to public servants who are subject to house quarantine through the Agrahara insurance scheme.

 

The Prime Minister has previously taken steps to introduce a mechanism in the 2021 budget proposals to compensate those who have died due to Kovid and are being treated in hospitals.
