Interprovincial bus services will not be resumed.

According to a decision by the National Operation Centre for the Prevention of COVID-19 Outbreak, state minister of transport Dilum Amunugama, inter-provincial bus services would not be given (NOCPCO).

It was earlier planned to operate a limited number of bus services between the provinces beginning tomorrow (June 28).

The decision has been postponed further, according to the State Minister, after consultations with the head of NOCPCO Army Commander General Shavendra Silva.
