In the UK, Sri Lanka has been removed from the Covid Red List

The Sri Lankan High Commission in London has said that Sri Lanka will be removed from the Covid Red List in the UK with effect from September 22.

Turkey, Maldives, Egypt, Pakistan, Oman, Bangladesh and Kenya will also be removed from the UK's red list, Transport Secretary Grant Schupp said.

The Secretary further said that hotel quarantine and PCR inspections for tourists coming from those countries are also unnecessary.
