Guidelines on discharge of Covid patients revised

New guidelines in relation to the discharge of COVID-19 patients  in Sri Lanka, has been issued by the Ministry of Health.

 

The Ministry added that factors like the current capacity of the healthcare system, the laboratory diagnostic resources and the present epidemiological situation need to be considered when decsing on the criteria for discharge of COVID-19 patients from treatment facilities .
