German MP discusses further cooperation with President Wickremesinghe

 

German Member of Parliament Peter Ramsauer met with President Ranil Wickramasinghe at the Presidential Office on Tuesday (Feb.14) afternoon.

In the discussion that followed, the two sides reviewed the progress of the projects being implemented at the Karapitiya Teaching Hospital with the support of the German government and also discussed the future work between the two countries.

Meanwhile, Wickramasinghe asked Germany to provide further technical support and investments for Sri Lanka's future development program and expressed his gratitude for the projects Germany has introduced to manage the aggravated elephant-human conflicts in Sri Lanka.
