Showers or thundershowers will occur at times in the North, North-Central, Eastern and Uva provinces and in the Matale district.

Showers or thundershowers will occur at several places in the Western and Sabaragamuwa provinces and in the Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Galle and Matara districts during the evening or night.

The general public is kindly requested to take adequate measures to minimize the dangers posed by temporary strong winds and lightning in those areas during thundershowers.
