Showers or thundershowers will occur in the Uva Province and in the Batticaloa, Ampara, Hambantota and Nuwara Eliya districts.

Showers or thundershowers during the evening or night in the Ratnapura, Kalutara, Galle and Matara districts.

Foggy conditions are expected in the Western, Sabaragamuwa, Central and Northwestern provinces during the morning.

The general public is kindly requested to take adequate measures to minimize the dangers posed by temporary strong winds and lightning in those areas during thundershowers.
