Heavy showers or thundershowers exceeding 50 mm are possible in the Galle, Matara, Nuwara Eliya, Kandy districts and in the Central, Sabaragamuwa, Western and North Western provinces.

Showers or thundershowers at times in the Uva Province and in the Anuradhapura, Vavuniya and Mullaitivu districts during the evening or night.
