Fire at Thalagala furniture shop

A fire swept through a furniture shop in Thalagala on Saturday night causing extensive damage to the building and property, police said. They said the two-story building was nearly gutted in the blaze that took place long after dusk.

 

The cause of the fire is yet to be established while the Moragahahena Police has launched an investigation into the incident.
