FR Petitions challenging election date to be decided by the Supreme Court tomorrow

The Supreme Court is set to decide on the Fundamental Rights petitions filed challenging the General Election Date set by the Elections Commission at 3 p.m. tomorrow (June 02).

 

The petitions are being heard before the Supreme Court’s five-member judge bench headed by Chief Justice – Jayantha Jayasuriya.
