Emergency law enforced in the country - Sumanthiran

TNA Member of Parliament President's Counsel MA Mr. Sumanthiran said that the state of emergency has now been declared through the gazette notification issued by the President at midnight on the 30th to maintain the essential services and food security in the country.

The President has issued this Gazette Notification to ensure public safety and the well-being of the country and to maintain essential services and supplies to the public.
