Eid -Al- Adha 2020 : Muslims celebrate Hajj Festival today

Muslims across the world celebrate the Hajj , the annual festival of sacrifice. 

 

President Gotabaya Rajapaksa, in his message for Eid al-Adha today (August 01), issued a message  to feliciate  all Sri Lankan Muslims and their fellow devotees across the world who are celebrating the Hajj festival.

 

The message further stated that the Government of Sri Lanka recognizing the significance of Hajj festival has provided all necessary facilities for the Muslim community to engage in their religious observances..
