Dimuth named in Wisden Almanack

The 33-year-old stylish left-hander and Sri Lanka Test Captain Dimuth Karunaratne has made it to the  World Test Team by Wisden Cricketers Almanack. Dimuth  has played 10 matches in the ICC World Test Championship and holds a cumulative of 999 runs.

 

He collected 428 runs with one double century against Bangladesh. The World Test Team is led by New Zealand Skipper Kane Williamson while three Indians namely, Rohit Sharma, Ravichandran Ashwin and Rishabh Pant (wicket-keeper) are also named in the team.
