Harpo Gooneratne, chairman of the Colombo Restaurant Group, said the issuance of the injection card could instill confidence in customers who sponsor a restaurant.

Gooneratne said consumers would consider the idea of ​​having an injection card near the entrance or showing a picture of the card on the phone.

Employees of many restaurants also wear a logo saying they have been vaccinated.
