CID arrests Shehan Malaka, a civil activist

CID has arrested Shahan Malaka Gamage, a civil society activist, in connection with a controversial statement made in connection with the Easter Sunday attack.

Mr. Gamage has been arrested in connection with some of the statements he made at a press conference regarding the terrorist attack on Easter Sunday, April 21, 2019.
