CIABOC files a bribery case against Rajitha Senaratne

The Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or  Corruption (CIABOC) filed a case  with the Colombo High Court on August 20, against former Minister Rajitha Senaratne and two other individuals.

 

The case was filed over the charges  of causing losses to the state when leasing out the Modera Fisheries Harbour in the year 2014.

 

 

The former Chairman and Managing Director of the Ceylon Fishery Harbours Corporation are also listed as the suspects of the said case.
