CA revokes all PCoI decisions, recommendations against DSG Janaka Bandara

 

The Appellate Court has issued a writ quashing all the decisions and recommendations of the Presidential Commission of Inquiry (PCoI) in the political vendetta cases against Deputy Solicitor General Janaka Bandara.

The appellate court passed the judgment after concluding hearing of a writ application filed by the Deputy Solicitor General seeking an order quashing the recommendations and decisions made by the PCOI on political vendettas.
