Approval is seeking for tourism projects in Sri Lanka worth $ 34 million

Investment requests for tourism-related projects, such as cable cars, floating restaurants, and underwater art galleries, have been received by Sri Lanka's tourism authorities.
Prasanna Ranatunga, the Minister of Tourism, claimed that foreign and local investors have approached to seek approval for projects worth US$ 34 million. The investors submitted their project proposals during a two-month period, from April 1 to June 15.
So far, 29 projects totaling US$ 184.4 million have been approved, according to the Minister
