Afghan women banned from work

At a news conference in Kabul yesterday, Taliban spokesman Sabiullah Mujahid said Afghan women should be prevented from working for their own protection.

It is seen as a setback for the Afghan Taliban, who say they are more modern than the previous Taliban regime.
