A new finding revealed the level of powerfulness of vaccines

A new finding revealed the level of powerfulness of vaccines currently in use here in Sri Lanka. Dr. Chandima Jeewandara from University of Sri Jayawardenepura and his team has been conducted a special research with three vaccines Astrazeneca, Sputnik V and Sinopharm. 

 

In their findings, they stated that all these vaccines have got the ability to action against the Alpha British varient of Covid-19 virus which is mostly spreading in Sri Lanka at the moment. We have started this research to find the most powerful vaccine for action against British varient of the covid virus and all these vaccines are successfully activating, said Dr. Chandima. Furthermore he has mentioned that this varient has got 50% of  extra possibility to spread in the society and be harmful too.
